Taste of Grayson is an event that seeks to bring together the people of Grayson to build a stronger, more unified community.
What is Taste of Grayson?
Taste of Grayson is an annual community event held in Grayson, Georgia, that brings together local residents, restaurants, and businesses to celebrate the town's culinary scene and community spirit. Organized by NG3 Grayson, the event aims to foster
unity and
support youth mentoring programs, with all proceeds benefiting NG3's initiatives in character development and small group mentoring for student-athletes in local high schools. The event features a variety of local
restaurants offering food samples, which attendees can purchase using sample tickets available in various packages. In addition to the culinary offerings, Taste of Grayson includes local crafters displaying their creations, as well as family-friendly activities such as
inflatables for children. Held at Grayson Community Park, the event provides an opportunity for the community to come together, enjoy local flavors, and support a good cause.
Grayson DECA is Grayson High School's part of an international student organization called DECA. DECA prepares high school and college students for careers in marketing, finance, hospitality, and management. It focuses on leadership development, business skills, and competitive events where students can apply real-world knowledge. Grayson DECA has competed in numerous competitions and qualified. NG3 is an organization that invests in the lives of Grayson’s Next Generation throughout the year. NG3 focuses on
character development and small group
mentoring on local high school campuses. We meet weekly with student-athletes in 17 high schools in Georgia, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, and Indiana, with a large presence in Gwinnett and Walton counties.
